Joanna combines strong entrepreneurial vision with a solid background in business and technology. She holds a post-graduate business qualification (Executive MBA) from Institut Francais de Gestion and several IT, sales & marketing qualifications, including Internet Marketing Diploma from Dublin Business School.
A Business Analyst by profession, she became involved in Web Design and Online Marketing in 2007, when she commissioned a web designer to create a website. The project was a nightmare, cost a small fortune and the website, a year later, wasn’t even indexed by Google. Needless to say it also didn’t generate any leads or sales.
After some asking around Joanna realised that it was a common problem as very few web designers had any business or online marketing experience. She therefore decided to launch an online marketing consultancy that offered everything small businesses might need to promote their products and services successfully online.
In her spare time, Joanna helps local charity – International Charity Bazaar, travels to exotic destinations, reads voraciously (even the back of milk cartons) and stares at sunsets at her local beach. She loves wildlife and the unpredictability of the African bush. She has a pet bearded dragon called “Freddy” who has more than 1000 Facebook fans (“Bearded Dragons Den”) and a stray cat called Gearbox (don’t ask, it is a long story) .
Her favourite quote is:
“A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.”

Mark has been involved in software development and small business marketing since the early 80’s. His area of expertise includes printing and publishing, off-line advertising, MLM marketing as well as PHP & HTML programming, SEO, Google Analytics and Google Adwords.
Mark is responsible for all our PHP scripts, HTML code fixes and solving technical problems everyone else is afraid to touch. He can usually find a solution to most technical problems, so he is always in high demand. In fact, we usually lock him in the office and pass pizzas through a narrow gap under his door. We guard him with our lives, and make sure that someone watches over him whenever he crosses the road.
Mark has a wicked sense of humour and a “twisted” mind (he solves cryptic clues crosswords for fun!). When we let him slip away, he plays squash, travels to exotic destinations, scuba dives, sails and canoes. He used to play violin in his heyday, but we begged him on our hands and knees not to drag it out of the basement.
